Morning Yoga & Meditation on the Beach

There's no better way to start the week than with a sunrise yoga session right on the beach in Punta Cana. Led by certified instructor Maria Santos, this 90-minute session is suitable for all levels — whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi. Session breakdown: - 20 minutes guided meditation and breathing - 60 minutes yoga flow - 10 minutes cool-down and reflection What to bring: - Your own yoga mat (or rent one for $5) - Water - Comfortable workout clothes - Sunscreen Location: A private section of the beach, away from crowds, with the sound of the waves as your soundtrack. After the session, participants are welcome to stay for a casual breakfast at the nearby beach cafe.
